Cali to Close Two Youth Prisons

Bernard Warner, head of California’s Division of Juvenile Justice, announced on Friday that two state-managed youth prisons–the DeWitt Nelson Youth Correctional Facility in Stockton, which houses about 260 wards, and the El Paso de Robles Facility in Paso Robles, which holds about 150–will close in July.
